IODE and SCOR have established an active collaboration since 2008 focusing on Data publication/data citation. Since 2008 IODE and SCOR (under the leadership of Ed Urban), together with WHOI MBL and BODC have organized 5 workshops on this subject and also published the "Ocean Data Publication Cookbook".
