Establishment
The IODE Steering Group for the IODE Quality Management Framework (SG-QMS) was established through Recommendation IODE-XXII.18 (2013) - see also HERE and has the following terms of reference:
1. prepare and maintain the IODE Quality Management Framework Guidelines ,
2. receive, through the IODE Secretariat, applications and review the accreditation of NODCs,
3. advise the IODE Committee on the accreditation of NODCs,
