Mr Li Zhanbin, who joined the IOC project Office for IODE a year ago as a secondment agreement offered by NMDIS/SOA in Tianjin, China, has left us to return home. During the past year Li has helped us with a number of our web-based products, audio streaming, etc. We will miss Li and we wish him all the best!
